Acceptance to be Included on Mission’s Database
We are in the process of creating a database of Vincentians living in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The information provided will be used to enable us to contact you when it is necessary. With your permission your contact details may be forwarded to the relevant Vincentian Association so they may contact you about events, etc. Rest assured your information will be kept securely and will only be passed to other parties with your permission.
Please fill in the form below and submit to either the High Commission for St. Vincent and the Grenadines in London or the Consulate for St. Vincent and the Grenadines in Northern Ireland.

The grandchildren of persons born in SVG are not automatically eligible for a Vincentian passport. They may however apply for Residency - in which case they will need to complete the appropriate form and supply the required documents to:

They will also need to present official documentation to prove their relationship to their Vincentian grandparent (i.e. birth certificates/marriage certificates and Decree Absolute, if applicable).

Elective at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (Formerly Kingstown General Hospital
Medical students who have been chosen to undertake an elective at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital do not require a work permit or a letter from the High Commission. However they do require a letter of acceptance from the Hospital and will need to meet the requirements for entry to St Vincent and the Grenadines (please see Passport and Entry Visa Applications.

Legalisation/Notarisation of Documents
The “legalisation” or “notarisation” of documents can only be performed in St Vincent and the Grenadines by either the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Registrar in the Court House. If this is required you should arrange for this to be at the earliest opportunity while the document is in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
